The Villa & House driftwood finish is created with durable and sustainably-farmed Cape Lilac Mahogany from Indonesia. Its' grain—similar to oak—is wire brushed to emphasize the whirls and patterns. Then, the wood is stained with a background color and rubbed with cerusing pigment to contrast each ridge, creating a coastal finish. The result is a comfortable, modern, and curved counter stool that marries mid-century bent plywood designs with an Art Deco flair.
