It just takes someone to look at things differently. To have a moment when you're not pressed for time with guest incoming, throwing the cheese and nuts together into fussy little piles, thinking in your mind it looked a heck of a lot better than it does at this moment, but... 

To look at things differently, to have a string of time to be creative with. I love when people re-think things. Alaura Berry really did that. It's just cheese, fruit & meat and such ... but it's not.
